Skin Deep

I do love perusing editorials. For years I've hoarded some of my faves underneath my bed and, on occasion, dust them off to swoon and drool over the fancy pages. Recuerdo

I took this photograph during the winter of 2007, at my grandfathers funeral. My cousin Matthew is the young man in the foreground, placing a rose on his casket. Matthew would be buried in the plot next to his a year and nine months later after taking his own life.
